Economic Stimulus Package Includes Business Write-offs
President Bush and Congress today finalized an economic stimulus package which included both tax rebate checks for millions of Americans and write-offs for businesses.
According to the Associated Press, "The package would allow businesses to immediately write off 50 percent of purchases of plants and other capital equipment and permit small businesses to write off additional purchases of equipment."
