State's Workers' Compensation Benefits Decision Contentious
The Tennessean this morning had an analysis of the recent workers' compensation rulings and how both sides of the debate feel.
"Telecommuters and employees who work out in company fitness centers won big with recent Tennessee Supreme Court decisions allowing them to collect workers' compensation benefits."
